2025-2026 Schedule of Fees

*Fees apply to both In-person and Online programs.

Affirm Leadership Christian Academy is committed to making ALCA accessible and affordable to as many
families as possible.  School operations are dependent upon tuition, as well as other funding sources. To
maintain these low rates, we ask for 100% commitment from families to make on-time payments.

Re-enrollment Fee February 28  

$250.00/per child
(Automatically withdraw through FACTS)

New Student Registration Fee

$250.00 before May 1st

$300.00/per child

*Additional fees including; curriculum, technology, supplies, incidentals, and other relevant educational materials.

*College Prep Program Tuition: Cost and Financial Aid set by Judson University.

EXTENDED CARE

(In-person Only)

*Important Due Dates*

  • Book, Activy, & Tech Fees: Due July 15th

  • Tuition: Automatically withdrawn the 1st of every month

  • Graduation Fee: Due January 1st

  • Volunteer Hours 20 hours Due May 1st or $200.00 ($10.00/hour equivalent) 

  • Fundraising Fee: $750.00 (can be paid through fundraising) May 1st. Automatic withdraw through FACTS

  • Reenrollment Fee: $250 Due February 28th
    Automatic withdraw through FACTS

DISCOUNTS

Discounts cannot be stacked!

Tuition Discount 5% – Full payment no later than July 1st

Multiple Child Discount 5%– Discount given on highest tuition

*Fees may be subject to change due to the operations of the Academy
